Cygnus GM21
Cygnus Marine, Britain’s leading GRP fishing and workboat builders, first introduced this design in 1977, and since that date the CYGNUS GM21 has become the accepted standard for inshore fishing vessels, with over 300 craft being constructed. She is a sea-friendly, round bilge, stable, easily driven hull with a range of layouts to suit most applications and the capability of a sealed self draining deck. The craft is available to any stage of construction from bare hull shell to a fully finished to owners specification.

The Cygnus GM21 is a sturdy inshore fishing vessel and work boat, suitable of single handed working and all year round use.
The design features include a high upright stern with a fine waterline entry, full round low bilges, full displacement long keel and transom stern. This combination produces a stable and seaworthy hull of exceptional quality. Working off a beach is easily done.
This vessel has become the accepted standard for many in shore fishing boats, with 30 years of production it is a very sea friendly vessel. A moulded cuddy can be built from maintenance free GRP or more traditional hardwood.
