Cygnus Cyclone Patrol

For any owner looking for a fast, stable. Seaworthy and proven hull design, the new CYCLONE 30 PATROL will simply be impossible to beat.
The original CYCLONE 26 has already been a hugely successful concept, its all round attributes being fully tested in year long commercial use in such diverse locations as Iceland, Faeroes, Denmark, France, Holland, Belgium, Portugal and in remote and in hospitable regions such as St Helena and the upper reaches of the Amazon, and even Antarctica. We believe the new 30′ is actually a tremendous improvement on this existing vessel.
The craft is built in a modern and approved boatyard, with strict control and supervision, using the best of modern materials, to the owners specifications. Hulls can be supplied at any stage of completion, from mouldings, partly fitted out or fully completed.
Propulsion will normally be single or twin diesel engines, driving via shaft drive, stern drive, jet drive or surface-piercing propellers. The wheelhouse superstructure can be varied in size, as can be seen from several of the craft illustrated.
Internal fit out is again to owners particular needs, with vee berths or a double forward, galley below or in the wheelhouse, pilot berth, WC compartment and wheelhouse/saloon all individually built with lowering the dinette table forming further berths if needed. Surface finishes, choice of woods and soft furnishings are all supplied to the owners requirements.
Safety is also an important factor moving around the vessel, with good hand-holds inside, high cockpit bulwarks and wide side decks with toe rails and a good pulpit rail. Transom doors can be provided, making easy access from pontoon or dinghies, with optional swimming/boarding platform and ladder. Vessels are built to RCD Category ‘B’ rules, for leisure use and MCA workboat code for commercial use.
