Cygnus Tornado Pleasure

The Tornado model from Cygnus Marine is a fast deep vee hull, designed by John Moxham, with a 22 degree dead rise angle, to give a comfortable ride and maintain a good speed in difficult conditions. Available at 26' and 28' hull lengths, with variable size of wheel house and cockpit to suit each owner particular requirements.

Cygnus Tornado Pleasure

Cygnus Marine’s smallest model and a pure traditional shaped hull. Exceptionally easy to row or power with 4hp outboard. Variety of applications including Oyster fishing, recreational rowing, tender, club racing and steamboat conversion.

The baby of the catalogue, the CY15 is a traditionally shaped boat which was primarily used for rowing and oyster fishing. Some vessels were fitted with small 4hp outboards.
